The Ascend team not only looks to bring scale knowledge but the resources to what are typically under resourced businesses, to outsource the primary business functions outside their wheelhouse of expertise. Along with our current portfolio we are consistently looking for partnership agreements that will provide our ecosystem companies with synergistic services, and who have strong brands and the belief to serve their clients with excellence, as well as an alignment with our values set and teams. We develop our agreements following our B3 and R3 approach as outlined based on the business need. The agreement with each company will be suited to their company life cycle with our R3 agreements serving to assist early-stage life cycle business and our B3 agreements serving to fit companies further along in the lifecycle of their business.

Review of the Business Plan and Financials for targeting potential customer opportunities and identification of initial services i.e. technology or service gaps.

Execute the POC with strategic partners for partner company offerings and development of a GTM scale. Improve efficiencies and introduction to ecosystem companies for the POC. Typical areas addressed:

  • Increased offerings through ecosystem partnerships
  • Partnerships for scale and margin improvement e.g. infrastructure of accounting, HR, Technology and Marketing support for clients
  • Pipeline development from ecosystem for increased revenue production

Release POC company to its own sustainability and/or into a B agreement for further investment and ecosystem partnership
